Administrator
Responsible for coordinating efficient work flow within the office. Plan business goals/objectives for the entire office. Analyze and define organizational structure and systems. Perform all accounting functions and maintain all related records and files. Develop and maintain effective organization and employee programs. Associate's Degree and prior experienced required.

Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk
Responsible for performing all clerical functions related to accounts receivable and payable, and maintain related files and records. Perform various clerical accounting functions. Process all account payable/receivable actions. Prepare all forms, invoices, checks, correspondences and reports pertaining to accounts payable/receivable. High School Diploma or equivalent. Prior experience helpful.

Construction Laborer
Work in trenches and perform excavation duties. Perform demolition of concrete flatwork and other structures. Restore landscape and irrigation systems. Operate power tools. Maintain and upkeep property, tools, equipment and materials. Apply company work related techniques and approved safety practices. Perform other duties as assigned. High School Diploma or equivalent. Prior work related experience helpful.

Equipment Operator
Perform all construction laborer duties as needed. Operate company equipment in accordance with standard procedure, OSHA regulations and company safety policy. Maintain equipment and report all vehicle problems or concerns to supervisor immediately. Maintain equipment hours and all other reports pertaining to equipment per company guidelines. Perform all duties as assigned. High School Diploma or equivalent. Prior experience required.

Estimator
Provide accurate projections of quantities and costs of materials, labor and equipment for competitive bids in order to obtain projects. Solicit bids from subcontractors and vendors making sure the scope of work covered by the subcontractor or vendor is compatible with the company's scope for the same items. Bachelor's degree in related field. Prior experience required.

Payroll Clerk
Responsible for processing payroll and performing clerical duties in an efficient manner. Prepare and mail financial and tax reports and payments as required. Maintain confidential personnel files relating to payroll matters. Prepare and distribute quarterly reports and wage statements. High School Diploma or equivalent. Prior experience preferred.

Project Manager
Responsible for the administrative and technical management of the project and for the supervision of all activities related to contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement and schedule. Bachelor's degree in a construction related field. Five years experience.

Safety Manager
Implements and carries out all safety and health policies on projects per OSHA and company policy. Conduct personnel conduct training for project employees and consult with project supervisors to develop safe work plans for all project phases and crew tasks.

Superintendents
Responsible for the timely, cost-effective placement of the contracted work, and for the supervision of all field construction work. Implement and enforce all pertinent safety and quality control policies and procedures. Seven years field supervisory experience in construction.
